New York – At the Annual All-Purpose Meeting, the Quick and Dirty Tips Directors of Grammaticalness decided in a two-thirds majority vote to rename the website QuickandDirtyTips.com. The website will re-launch later this month boasting the new name, QuickandCleanTips.com, accompanied by a whole new look. Directors of Grammaticalness Chairwoman Bernadette Stickler said, “The new name better reflects the board’s wholesome views and will maintain a more family-friendly online presence. Quick and Dirty Tips no longer accurately describes the content we pride ourselves on providing.”
In a statement issued by the Quick and Dirty Tips staff, Director of Scrutiny, Tina Persnickety, has said that “The name change is the consequence of 16 months of development and innovation. We’re very excited about this new venture.”

Rather than simply resting a sore muscle, light physical activity and stretching can increase blood flow and minimize soreness. In addition, other useful activities include a brief cool-down walk or stretch directly after a workout, ice massage or an ice bath/shower, foam roller or massage therapy, topical anti-inflammatories like Arnica rub and Magnesium oil, and compressive wraps like Ace bandages.
Below is a video of a favorite soreness-reducing foam roller I use called a Rumble Roller.
